About Physio-Chi
Developed by physiotherapist Moh Tapper, Physio-Chi is a modified form of Tai Chi designed for safe, evidence-based rehabilitation. In 2019, long-time Tai Chi practitioner and physiotherapist Jenny Lucy became the owner of Physio-Chi, bringing over 30 years of clinical and teaching experience to the method.
Now delivered entirely online, Physio-Chi continues to support health professionals, educators, and individuals with accessible, therapeutic movement programs that promote strength, balance, and wellbeing.

Jenny Lucy
Physio-Chi Owner
In March 2019, following a full training, certification and endorsement process, I purchased Physio-Chi from Moh Tapper. I am very excited to take Moh’s dream forward and I believe strongly in Physio-Chi being the Rehabilitation Tai Chi, a valuable tool for all physiotherapists and occupational therapists in their clients rehabilitation from any disability, injury or disease process.
